Brian Looney, President/CEO/Founder/Board of Director -

Brian is a results-oriented senior level sales, business development, marketing professional and entrepreneur who has spent years in the entertainment industry starting out as a disc jockey in 1979 when he began to identify the need to manage and organize different music media formats and present them in a seamless manner. In 1985 Brian founded and operated his own entertainment company Looney Productions, offering professional DJ service packages and event management. As the company grew to increase productivity and sales Brian led his team pioneering automated media management systems by developing turnkey electronic entertainment media organizers and players. Brian continued to automate the systems media search and playback functionality through a combination of spreadsheets, databases and PC's. These steps were a means to developing the companys first copy written entertainment system. In 1999 Brian was awarded the first of four U.S. patents he developed and co-authored for a software application surrounding the management and distribution of digital media which ultimately received greater than 100 claims focused in the center of the rapidly expanding $100 Billion dollar digital media industry. In 1999 Brian founded Looney Productions, LLC which merged into MOAEC, Inc. to develop entertainment software applications and solutions architectured and brought to market under the trade marked name MOAEC® "Media Organizer and Entertainment Center". Brian successfully led his team validating and selling the MOAEC® Software into multiple markets domestically and internationally at premium pricing vs. major competitors offering similar for free. Brian is a true innovator in understanding high tech products and services and simplifying information to create user-friendly solutions. He is an insightful team player and strong individual contributor with a focus on developing highly competitive organizations.


Lou Mann, VP Content Services -

Lou is an Emmy award winning media marketing executive, having developed a successful track record of accomplishments, including 2500 Gold and Platinum records for major music media companies including Sony-CBS, MCA and EMI/Capitol Records. Lou has had management responsibility that encompassed the entire process from signing and recording artists to developing and implementing distribution plans. Lou is an innovative force in the entertainment industry having pioneered the era of internet music downloads with the release of the watershed album from Duran Duran, "Electric Barbella". Lou is also credited with transforming Capitol Records from a down turned label into a progressive leading edge company by enabling a digital download process which attracted new artists. As President of Media Properties, he helped develop and launch a new record label, TV show, and weekly radio show with Dan Ackroyd for The House of Blues, Entertainment, Inc.


Jack McDonald, VP Sales & Business Development -

Jack is an accomplished entrepreneur and management executive having co-founded and managed several technology companies. Jack founded the PC Card (flash solid state storage) business for Centennial Technologies, Inc. (CTI) resulting in a successful IPO, a secondary offering on the NYSE,and the subsequent acquisition the PC Card business of Intel Corp. Jack later co-founded Web-TRACS, Inc. which developed an industry first web-based asset management software system and RoadRider Networks, Inc., which developed Telematics based networking systems to support the delivery of "Infotainment" services to the Auto Mobile. In so doing, he worked closely with the Connected Vehicle Trade Association (CVTA) member companies, the Auto Motive OEM's and in concert with representatives of the U.S. DOT in the creation and test of next generation business models and Telematics solutions.


Paul Baxter, Director of Software Development -

Paul is a highly experienced and creative professional software design engineer and programmer with over 14 years of experience designing and writing software, working both as an individual contributor and group member for a variety of companies in the printing, retail, healthcare, Internet, computer and storage industries. As an award winning software developer for Apple Computer, Paul held the title of Sr. Software Engineer/ Scientist II having worked in the Graphics group on the QuickTime project team, supporting the multi-media framework integral to all of Apple's OS software and the iTunes media library. Paul has expertise in video and audio codec development to facilitate streaming files to graphics and audio subsystems for playback.

Mark Zuroff, CFO -

Mark spent 17 years as director, treasurer, CFO and COO to private and public companies including Elscint, Faxon, Leesona, and IBM. He led organizations in strategic and business planning, designing and implementing accounting, forecasting and control procedures, and developing plans to return companies to profitability. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Oberlin College and a MBA degree from Boston University. Additionally, he has achieved academic distinction by graduating in the top 5% of both schools and he has been awarded Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Beta Kappa memberships, a research fellowship at the Hoover Institute at Stanford University and a National Science Foundation Award. Mark is an active member of the Financial Executives Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, the Chief Executives Club of Boston, the Association for Corporate Growth and the Institute of Management Accountants.


Michael L. Steir, Vice President Corporate Legal Affairs -

Michael’s 40 year career includes significant experience in many functional areas including tax, financial, mergers & acquisitions, marketing and business development with major companies such as DuPont Company, Norton Company, and Cognex Corp.  He has considerable international business development experience including establishment of joint ventures and worldwide product distribution channels.  Michael switched to a legal career over 15 years ago and recently held the position of VP of Cognex’s Legal Department where he managed the intellectual property, corporate legal and contracts groups.  He has considerable experience in managing patent and trademark programs and most notably, he has taken the lead role in many successful litigation efforts involving patent assertions and other business litigation matters.  He is responsible for MOAEC’s patent enforcement and licensing program and provides strategic business development guidance to MOAEC.

Paul Looney, Chairman/COO/Board of Director -

Mr. Looney is a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience managing, growing and selling technology companies. Having his start in the manufacturing operations at Millipore Corporation, Paul assumed worldwide responsibility for sales, marketing, engineering, research and development and manufacturing as General Manager and Vice President. After Millipore, Paul served as President of several bio tech companies including Biosphere Medical, Biopure Corp., Costar Inc., and Corning –Costar, Inc. has additionally held the titles of C.E.O, C.O.O. and Chairman during these tenures, bringing the experience of having done so for both private and publicly traded corporations. Paul has a successful track record of profitability and sales growth throughout his career.


John Madison, Board of Directors –

Mr. Madison’s media career spans more than 25 years in the recorded music and radio broadcasting industries. Mr. Madison has a proven track record of driving revenue by developing new products, exploring new distribution channels and crafting innovative marketing strategies for companies such as CBS/Sony Music, Polygram Music, Warner Music Group, Pyramid Broadcasting, Chancellor Media, and AM/FM Broadcasting. Before joining MOAEC, Inc., Mr. Madison was an Executive Vice President for WEA Corp., Warner Music Group’s U.S. sales and distribution company and was most recently Executive Vice President of Business Development, Sales and Marketing for Entertainment Distribution Corporation responsible for the execution of worldwide sales programs, strategic marketing, business alliances and competitive strategies for the Company. 

Edward H. D’Alelio, Board of Directors –

Mr. D’Alelio was formerly a Managing Director and CIO for Fixed Income at Putnam Investments, Boston where be retired in 2002. He currently is an Executive in Residence with the School of Management, Univ. of Mass Boston and serves on several non-profit boards including: Caritas Christi Healthcare, St Mary’s Woman and Children’s Center & The Newman School. He is a corporate director of Trump Entertainment Resorts, Bluewater Inc, and Abingdon Corp, an investment fund, headquartered in the Guernsey Isles. He is a graduate of the Univ. of Mass Boston and has an MBA from Boston University.

Pascal Chesnais, Ph.D., Advisor -

Dr. Chesnais specializes in leading talented research teams in creating prototypes of innovative services and applications. Dr. Chesnais is currently a visiting Scientist with the MIT Mobile Experience Lab. Previously he was Senior Research Director at Orange Labs Boston. There he helped create and staff France Telecom Research and Development Boston lab focused on developing new mobile and internet technologies involving multimodal haptics, electronic publishing, location based applications and Services. Dr. Chesnais also was co-founder of Message Machines which was later acquired by NMS Communications. Pascal holds Masters and PhD from MIT Media Laboratory.
